This week’s recipe makes for a delicious treat, whether it be for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon snack. Although it isn’t the healthiest food for you, you can still argue its healthiness with the fact that bananas are a key ingredient! Either way, enjoy!
What You’ll Need (Ingredients):
1/2 cup butter
4 bananas- mashed
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 & 1/12 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mash 4 bananas in a bowl and then mix in 2 eggs, 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar.
Next, add in 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Slowly mix in 1 & 1/2 cups flour (1/2 cup at a time).
Grease and flour loaf pan.
Pour batter into loaf pan and place in oven for 1 hour (60 min).
Cool before serving (refrigerates well).
