Christmas Gift Guide 2014: 5 Picks for Him

Earlier this week I shared my Christmas Gift Guide for the women, and now it’s on to what I always find to be the hardest group of people to shop for – the men. Here are 5 suggestions for gifts for the men in your life!

Jawbone UP24:
Fitness trackers are really big this year, and my favorite is the JawBone UP24 ($65)! Not only does it track your activity (or lack of), but it also tracks your sleep and quality of eating. The Jawbone app also personalizes daily messages, helping to encourage you to be more active, eat better, and live a healthier lifestyle overall.

Man Meets Stove Cookbook:
Generally speaking (I’m stereotyping here), guys aren’t too savvy when it comes to cooking. If there’s a guy that fits that stigma on your list, the Man Meets Stove Cookbook ($14) is a great gift option to help him learn to cook easy recipes that don’t require a microwave or a drive-thru!

Speck iPhone Wallet Case
Guys are lucky to not have to deal with lugging a purse around everywhere they go. For them, essentials = phone + wallet. So help them simplify more (and not lose things) with the Speck iPhone Wallet Case ($40). The handy case not only protects the iPhone from damage, but also stores cards and cash in one location!

Mixtape Glasses
For the music fan, this set of 6 Mixtape Glasses ($50) is awesome. They’re dishwasher friendly and are able to be written on with a dry erase marker. This would be the perfect addition to an in-home bar or even to pull out for any kind of occasion!

Mophie Powerstation Reserve Micro
Low phone battery is a constant battle. Mophie’s Powersation Reserve Micro ($40) is a portable charger for your smartphone that hooks onto a keyring. Since your keys are always nearby, this is an awesome gift that I’m sure will get used quite a bit!
