Happy, happy Fridaaaaay! Last night I was able to catch one of my favorite podcasts, NPR’s Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me, live! The show initially sold out in under 3 hours and I was so bummed I missed the announcement. But luck was on my side because less than 24 hours before show time I called in and a few extra seats had opened up! Woo! It was so awesome to experience it live, and I can’t wait to hear the finished product on Saturday when the episode’s released!
The excitement continues because this weekend I’m also heading over to Disney for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween – my first time EVER attending! I can’t wait!
Shelldon the Nail Mug
In honor of National Coffee Day yesterday, I feel like some kind of coffee-related product needs to be included. So I share with you, the Shelldon the Snail Mug that for some reason, I can’t get enough of. I have more coffee mugs than I need in my pantry, but I think I need this in my life. Maybe it’s the bowtie? Or the fact that he’s named Shelldon AND wears a bowtie?!
Dog Humor Dish Towel
This dish towel is perfect! I’m sure my fellow dog owners can relate to this humor. No matter what, you can never seem to escape the dog hair! Am I right?! It’s probably my most used “fashion accessory!”
Communicating with iMessage Art
iPhone users – have you upgraded to iOS 10? If not, do it now! If so, you’ve probably been using the iMessage art feature, where you can draw photos or write messages to people. I’ll admit, my drawing skills aren’t the best in the black box, but it is really fun! Mashable tested out whether or not it’s possible to communicate solely via the art feature in messages, and to see if their messages would be understood. Check it out below, it’s pretty neat!
