PopSugar is taking over this month – at least in my house! It’s been a few months since I’ve subscribed to PopSugar but I decided to splurge and not only buy the December box, but the Special Edition Holiday 2013 one as well. Check out the contents below!
Erickson Beamon Rocks Bracelet
I’m usually pretty simple when it comes to jewelry and this seemed a little flashy to me at first, but after trying it on, I’m really starting to love it. I wasn’t able to find the exact same Erickson Beamon Rocks Bracelet ($~98) online (I think it’s a PopSugar exclusive) but the other bracelets from the company are fairly similar.
Fatty Sunday’s Peppermint Crunch
You can’t go wrong with candy and Christmas flavors at this time of year. I LOVE chocolate covered pretzels and was really excited to try Fatty Sunday’s Peppermint Crunch ($7.95). Unfortunately, they can only be purchased this month, so I either need to stock up on some more or eat them slowly so they last me – they’re so tasty!
Lunares Cheese Paddle with Knife
Cheese is basically a food group for me, so I’m very excited about my new Lunares Cheese Paddle with Knife ($69). This will be a great set to bust out when I have company over. This might even be the fanciest serving accessory in my kitchen now!
2014 Desk Diary Calendar
I was pretty pumped to find the Graphic Image 2014 Desk Diary ($97) in my box. But wow, who knew planners were so pricey!? I’ve always loved planners but in the last few years, I’ve been maintaing my time commitments on my tech devices. I think 2014 will be the year to bring print planners back! Especially when it comes to planning out future blog posts!
TokyoMilk Body Souffle No. 18
I hadn’t heard of the TokyoMilk brand before this box, so I was interested in checking out the scent of Body Souffle No. 18 ($40). Made up of bamboo, tea leaves, fresh fig, and white musk, I’m not sure if this perfume is for me since I like minty or fruity smells, so I think I’ll add it to the gifting pile!
Alpaca Infinity Scarf
I don’t own many scarves, living in Florida, but I do love having them for winter trips. The Alpaca Infinity Scarf ($65) promises to be warmer than wool and lighter than cashmere, and are extremely high quality. I really love this one and can’t wait to use it on my ski trip next month (although I hope I won’t spill anything on it)!
Winks by Georgie
Winks by Georgie ($28) is a really fancy faux eyelash kit – probably the fanciest one I’ve ever seen! I’m all for beauty products, but I really hate things near my eyes (i.e. eyelash curlers/faux lashes). Good thing for me, one of my best friends is all about it, so I’ll be passing these on to her!
I paid $107 for this box (including shipping) and it retailed out to about $400 which is a really incredible deal! Although I won’t keep all of the items for myself (some will be gifted), each item will definitely be used. I also liked how all of the items were really high-end and great quality.
Although you can’t order the Special Edition box anymore (they only come out a couple times a year and sell out really quickly), you can still purchase the regular PopSugar Must Have box, which is delivered once a month.
Did you order the Special Edition Holiday box? Which item is your favorite?
